Mutton legs and hooves cooked with special spices. Here in Pakistan Paya is a traditional breakfast. Lahore is really famous for their special Paya. Each and every household have its own recipe and own touch. There are so many masalas and recipes available every here and there that my recipe will not do any justice to this. You know what?
